Job description

Job Title: Transportation Manager

Supervisor: Operations Director/Program Director

Positions Supervised: Drivers, Lead Driver, Transportation Scheduler and Appointment Scheduler

FLSA Status: Exempt full-time

Job Summary

Responsible for the PACE Transportation program, including but not limited to transportation of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, oversight of hiring, training and supervision of all drivers including contractors, as well as the Lead Driver. Oversees vehicle repairs and maintenance. Provides contractor oversight and identifies quality and cost-effective interventions, while meeting agency goals and departmental budget.
