Key Responsibilities

Sales Representative Duties:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high client retention.

  • Product Presentations & Negotiations: Effectively present our products and services to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Trainer Duties:

  • Master & Deliver Training Programs: Learn and deliver the current training processes, while actively contributing to the development and improvement of training materials and programs.

  • Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching to new hires and junior sales staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve success in sales.

  • Training Effectiveness Monitoring: Track and evaluate training outcomes, adjusting programs to improve performance and overall results.

  • Ongoing Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the sales team, supporting both personal and team advancement.


Qualifications
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in assessing client needs and recommending tailored solutions.

  • Training & Mentorship Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, or training role is preferred. However, the ability to be coachable and open to feedback is equally important, as ongoing learning is key to personal and team growth.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Leadership & Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team, with a passion for helping others succeed.

  • Organization & Proactivity: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and team members.

  • Positive Attitude & Resilience: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to stay positive and motivated, even in challenging situations.


Additional Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: Required for travel within your designated sales area.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within your assigned territory, including occasional overnight trips if necessary.

  • Technology Requirements: Ability to access a working cell phone, iPad, and data plan for client communication and sales management.

  • Health Insurance License: Must be willing to obtain a state health insurance license (this is required to join the team, but not necessary to apply).
