Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction management, a proven ability to seamlessly work with subcontractors and internal technicians, have a deep understanding of project budgets, timelines, and client relationships. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Supervise and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and other staff, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.

Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking and financial controls throughout the project.

Schedule Management: Create, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts to the project schedule, cost, and quality.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all necessary permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met. Maintain proper documentation for project records, contracts, and correspondence.

Problem Solving: Address issues and challenges that arise during the project, making timely decisions and collaborating with management to find solutions.

Safety Oversight: Ensure that safety standards and protocols are consistently followed on the job site, promoting a culture of safety at all levels.


Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
