Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Project Manager to support our government customer in Huntsville, AL. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Security Clearance. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee operations at NIBIN the National Correlation and Training Center (NNCTC). This key personnel position requires a skilled leader who can effectively manage on-site contractor personnel while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • On-site supervision and coordination of contractor personnel activities
  • Development and management of work schedules and priorities
  • Resource allocation and personnel management
  • Implementation and oversight of Quality Assurance/Quality Control plans
  • Regular communication with Contract PM, COR, and Government personnel
  • Performance monitoring and workflow management
  • Problem identification and resolution
  • Managing staff development and providing necessary resources
  • Ensuring operational efficiency during peak workload periods
  • Coordinating with ATF stakeholders for project execution

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and personnel management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in government contract management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Quality assurance and control expertise
