The Program Analyst: Associate will help oversee and manage the operational aspects of projects and serve as one of the liaisons between project management, project teams and line management. This position is vital to ensure their successful support of the U.S. Navyโ€™s Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program on-base and critical to the success of FWGโ€™s partnership with the U.S. Navy. This position will be responsible for ensuring that contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are accomplished and implemented in a timely, desirable and professional manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Review status of projects and budgets
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Manage schedules and prepare status reports
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Responsible for: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program; participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Track engineering project work in Jira, assisting with department budgets, producing power point briefings, and other typical analyst tasking, as assigned
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Analyze project data on a continuous basis to identify any potential business risk factors or technology gaps and gain insight into process improvements
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Create bi-weekly reports to update local command and program office sponsors
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Review and provide weekly budget analysis reports and resource allocation
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support the Navy Program Manager by tracking government labor funding plans
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide logistical support by tracking and recording deliveries, stock levels, and part location
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Attend relevant leadership meetings to support tracking of project actions and deliverables
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Identify industry leading tools and methods to improve project business metrics and task execution
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  High School Degree Required
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's Degree Required (years of experience accepted in lieu of degree)
Licenses & Certifications:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance

Experience:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  1+ years of experience in a similar position
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience using TEMPR, ERP, JIRA, NEPS, Windchill or other related platforms
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of the substantive programs within the division and branches
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge and experience in project planning, tracking and oversight
