The Human Resources Generalist will be integral to supporting various HR initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture. In this pivotal role, as a Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering an inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Generalist will support the team in collaboration with operations for employee evaluation program, to include 60-day evaluations, annual performance evaluations, and peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Develops site monthly HR metrics presentation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Present New Hire Orientation for new employees in partnership with Talent Acquistion
  • Collaborate with Operations to gain insights into business requirements and discover ways to enhance support.
  • Address and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations.
  • Support the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
  • Experience conducting investigations and anything related to Employee Relations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
