Job Summary:
The Training Development Specialist is responsible for administering and maintaining the company's Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures that all learning programs including internal and external content, instructor-led training, webcasts, certifications, reporting and training records are designed, implemented, and supported effectively. The Training Development Specialist ensures system accuracy, data integrity, compliance and a seamless user experience for CE associates while supporting broader Learning and Development functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Docebo LMS, including configuration, roles, permissions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Maintain course catalogs, certifications, learning paths, and training materials.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system data integrity and compliance.
  • Schedule and manage live and virtual instructor-led training sessions and events.
  • Stay current on LMS best practices and system enhancements.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports to track engagement, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate training records for compliance and audit requirements.
  • Review course evaluations and feedback, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Upload, test, and manage learning content within the LMS while optimizing user experience and navigation.
  • Maintain LMS documentation, SOPs, user guides, and related materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to ensure learning assets are accurate and approved.
  • Train and support associates and leaders on LMS use and functionality.
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of learning materials within the L&D team.
  • Serve as an LMS subject matter expert on cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with LMS configuration, reporting, data management, content upload and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in LMS analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot user and system issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to train and support end-users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal customers, peers and leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a Business Related Field.
  • 3 years of experience as an LMS Administrator, with a focus on Docebo and/or experience with multiple learning management systems.
