Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of employee training programs across the organization. This Corporate Trainer is responsible for developing engaging learning experiences that support employee performance, regulatory compliance, leadership development, and professional growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, skilled in facilitation, and able to partner effectively with leaders across all departments to build a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain training programs for onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and role-specific skills.
  • Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for employees and managers.
  • Create training materials, presentations, job aids, guides, and other learning resources.
  • Partner with department leaders and HR teams to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of new training initiatives, policies, and regulatory updates.
  • Track training completion and maintain accurate records within HRIS and learning management systems.
  • Analyze training participation, completion rates, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and monitor compliance with required training programs.
  • Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods based on organizational needs and best practices.
  • Support leadership development and workforce capability initiatives across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or training-tracking platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning tools.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.

Preferred:
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs in healthcare, nonprofit, or other regulated environments.
