Pohanka Automotive Group is looking for a driven, people-first Service Business Development Manager (BDC Manager) to lead and elevate our customer engagement operations.

In this role, you’ll coach and inspire a high-performing BDC team help create an exceptional experience across phone, internet, text, and chat communications.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing BDC team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans
