Job ResponsibilitiesConduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions.Apply adult learning strategies and theory.Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools.Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences.
Required ExperienceDemonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners.Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms.Ability to work autonomously.
