  • Champion inclusive and accessible learning experiences that support diverse learners across roles, locations, and experience levels
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while contributing to a culture rooted in learning, teaching, transparency, and continuous improvement

  • Strong writing, editing, and information design skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable language
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design principles
  • Experience using content creation and learning technologies such as Camtasia, Scribe, Pendo, Navattic, and learning management systems, ideally 360Learning
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Glean, ChatGPT, and AI-enabled learning platforms as collaborative content development partners
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines

Bonus
  • Experience in fintech, investment management, or B2B enterprise SaaS customer and partner education
