We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Technical Trainer to support corporate training, leading the strategic direction and execution of training initiatives within the Rack Scale Solutions team. In this dynamic role, you will create instructional design and content to develop scalable, effective, and impactful training programs for the Supermicro Rack Scale Solutions team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business partners to identify skill gaps, design adult learning solutions to deliver, and provide self-guided/virtual training content that empowers our workforce and supports our business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Corporate Communication & Enablement

* Design and present training content that supports rack team growth, drives technical sales acumen, and aligns with Supermicro goals.
* Develop training tools and messaging to improve communication of solutions, value propositions, and technical differentiators.
* Lead Corporate Training objectives, for companywide presentations and weekly presentations.
* Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to capture field insights and incorporate evolving customer and market needs into training materials.
* Maintain consistent messaging and promote alignment across global teams through scalable communication assets and learning frameworks.

Business Engagement & Partnership
* Engage in early-stage client and partner discussions to understand opportunity context and solution needs, translating insights into team-ready training modules.
* Enable Rack Business Development team with just-in-time learning to support fast-moving customer discussions and market responsiveness.
* Stay informed on AI & HPC industry trends and new technology to ensure training programs remain innovative and effective.

Training Program Development
* Create and complete development strategies and efficiently/appropriately respond to changes in business priorities as technology changes.
* Establish feedback loops to monitor effectiveness and continuously evolve content in response to learner needs and business priorities.
* Evaluate, track, and report on impact of training to senior leadership.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate feedback, participation, and performance metrics to refine and enhance training programs.
* Support organizational readiness through alignment with new product introductions, customer use cases, and emerging technologies.
* Periodic domestic or international travel may be required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
* 8+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or corporate training
* Comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders
* Experience designing training programs for technical solutions teams.
* Skilled in adult learning theory and instructional design for various delivery methods
* Curriculum development for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training formats
* The ability to work under deadlines with minimal direction.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to translate technical concepts for AI and HPC into clear, learner-friendly content
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product engineering)
* Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to travel 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:
* Exposure to data center, AI, or cloud infrastructure environments
* Basic video editing skills for internal training content
* Proficiency in web-authoring tools or multimedia content creation
* Experience with online collaboration tools.
* Experience developing training content for global or multilingual audiences
* Master's degree in a relevant field

Salary Range

$87,000 - $149,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
