Job Summary and Qualifications

The training specialist will focused on e-learning and creating engaging, self-paced learning experiences for CMOs and emerging executive leaders, rather than a traditional trainer or facilitator.

Working under the direction of the Manager, Physician Leadership Training Strategy & Design, this role translates defined learning strategies and business requirements into engaging, effective training experiences.

What you will do in this role:
  • Developing approximately 10 learning modules.
  • Building content within Articulate and creating interactive learning experiences.
  • Conducting pilot testing and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Supporting executive onboarding initiatives, particularly for CMOs.
  • Potentially assisting with leadership development content for CFOs and other C-suite audiences.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to assess learning needs and design solutions.
  • Participating in brainstorming and content strategy discussions.
  • Creating scalable templates and resources that can be leveraged across multiple programs and departments.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required 
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content creation

  • Proficiency with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate)
  • Strong ability to simplify complex clinical or operational concepts into effective learning solutions
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles preferred 
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies preferred 
  • Experience using data to evaluate and improve training outcomes preferred
