Job description

Position Overview:

The Learning & Development Specialist serves as a training resource across Corporate and Contact Center functions. Key responsibilities include coordinating facilitating, and supporting learning programs that build foundational skills. This role executes learning initiatives in alignment with the L&D strategy and provides operational support for learning programs, the Learning Management System, and Employee Resource Groups. The L&D Specialist partners with Learning Partners and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of learning solutions and a positive learner experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Learning Partners and Contact Center leaders to gather learning needs and support implementations of learning solutions(supporting key programs such as Development for All and the Bridge Academy).
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions for individual contributors and specialized audiences, including Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
  •  Administer day to day operations of the LMS, including course setup, enrollments, reporting, troubleshooting, and learner support. Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials, and session execution
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on training metrics, outcomes, and program participation
  •  Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning content. Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance learning content creation, delivery, and overall efficiency
  •  Collect learner feedback, summarize trends, and provide recommendations to Learning Partners for program improvements.  Support Learning Partners with the implementation and rollout of new learning programs and initiatives. Perform additional duties as needed, including supporting People Team initiatives.
