Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Director II (Training and Development Manager) to support cyber training operations at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This position supports the planning, development, coordination, and execution of cyber and multidomain training activities within cyber range and computer test bed environments.

Location: Camp Atterbury (Edinburgh, IN) and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (Butlerville, IN)

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of cyber training programs and exercises. 
  • Coordinate and oversee training activities within cyber range and computer test bed environments. 
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training objectives. 
  • Supervise personnel supporting training operations and event execution. 
  • Support Army and Joint Cyber Training activities and operational requirements. 
  • Assist with development and implementation of training scenarios involving OT/IT technologies, networking, and cellular systems. 
  • Support training documentation, scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination. 
  • Maintain awareness of cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure technologies relevant to training operations. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting cyber range or computer test bed environments. 
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training. 
  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management. 
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements. 


Security Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required.
