Join Us and Shape the Future of the Solo Brand
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven commercial leader to drive the development, transformation, and execution of national pricing, trade promotion, and customer investment strategies for the Solo brand across all U.S. Consumer Products channels.
In this highly visible role, you will lead the methods, processes, systems, and insights that maximize sales, profitability, and return on trade spend-while influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders to elevate organizational capability.
If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics, commercial planning, and change leadership, this is your opportunity to make a major impact on a powerhouse consumer brand.
What You'll Do
Strategic Pricing & Trade Leadership
  • Lead strategy development for national pricing and promotions by translating brand, channel, and regional objectives into actionable pricing approaches.
  • Develop and deploy trade management policies, systems, governance, and process design across the CP business unit.
  • Direct the full annual strategic trade planning cycle, including guardrails, budget allocation, planning meetings, and trade rate setting.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Business Planning
  • Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Product Line Management, and Pricing to build customer-level strategic plans aligned to business unit objectives.
  • Lead the process for evaluating out-of-cycle trade funding requests and guide leaders toward the highest-return decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end systems, vendors, and tools critical to transforming our trade promotion management capability.

Insights, Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Construct and distribute category, competitor, shopper, consumer, channel, and best-practice insights across the CP organization.
  • Establish and track KPIs to monitor promotional performance and customer execution.
  • Measure and communicate the financial and economic impact of pricing and promotional decisions at the brand, channel, and customer level.
  • Oversee the U.S. trade spend budget, continuously evaluating shipment, consumption, and financial outcomes to ensure optimal allocation.
  • Lead pre- and post-event analyses for key account promotions, including ROI, cost-per-incremental case, and strategic recommendations.

What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry, Master's degree preferred.
  • Deep experience in Marketing, Commercial Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, or Trade.
  • Proven expertise in Trade Spend Management, especially within grocery, mass, club, and/or e-commerce channels.
  • Leadership experience-either direct supervisory responsibility or strong demonstrated influence.
  • Equivalent combination of experience will be considered.

Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Strong familiarity with decision-making tools (simulation analysis, PVPs, Pareto, cost/benefit, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of descriptive/inferential statistics and micro/macro-economic analysis.
  • Experience using Nielsen and IRI/Circana data to guide recommendations.
  • Ability to manage complex issues under tight timelines and balance multiple priorities effectively.

Leadership & Communication
  • Exceptional communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation-capable of influencing individuals, teams, and senior leaders.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of translating insights into action and persuading key stakeholders.
