What will you do?
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives across key business channels.
  • Translate consumer, angler, and shopper insights into effective in-store and channel strategies, creating opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Lead trade readiness for new product launches including sell-in materials, retailer toolkits, and merchandising support.
  • Plan and manage trade promotions, pricing strategies, and retailer programs to drive sell-through.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies and drive results.
  • Monitor forecasts, track product performance, and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the Trade Marketing team for the North American Dealer business while creating best-practice tools and centralized resources.
