Family First is an educational nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families through digital content and resources. Our portfolio of brandsโ€”including All Pro Dad, iMOM, For Us Marriage, and Bible Book Clubโ€”reaches millions of families annually with content that inspires, educates, and encourages strong family relationships.

Position Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented marketing data & tracking specialist to support our marketing analytics function. Reporting directly to the marketing analytics & operations manager, this role will be responsible for the technical backbone of our marketing data infrastructure, ensuring tracking is accurate, data pipelines are connected and healthy, and our marketing platforms are set up to capture meaningful conversion signals. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in the intersection of data and marketing technology. At Family First, we believe data is both the foundation of effective marketing and the future of how we reach and serve families with greater clarity and impact.

Primary ResponsibilitiesTracking & Tag Management
  • Implement, maintain, and QA pixels, tags, and triggers in Google Tag Manager (GTM) across all Family First brand properties
  • Set up and troubleshoot event tracking for key user interactions, including form submissions, clicks, video views, and page engagement
  • Manage and audit the GTM container to ensure tracking hygiene, consistency, and documentation
Data Pipelines & Integrations
  • Connect and maintain data pipelines between marketing tools, ad platforms, CRM (HubSpot), and reporting dashboards (Google Data Studio)
  • Support UTM strategy and enforce campaign tagging standards to ensure clean, consistent attribution data
  • Identify and resolve pipeline breaks, data delays, or integration issues in a timely manner
Conversion Event Setup
  • Configure and maintain conversion events across social and paid platforms
  • Set up key events to track engagement on landing pages, enhanced conversions and server-side signals where applicable to improve attribution accuracy
  • Monitor conversion event health and proactively flag discrepancies or data gaps
Support Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Implementation
  • Own the day-to-day administration of GA4 across Family First brand properties
  • Maintain property structure, event configurations, custom dimensions, and metric definitions
  • Ensure data integrity by auditing event parameters, channel groupings, and attribution settings
  • Build and maintain standard reporting views and explorations to support campaign and content analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in a marketing operations, analytics, or digital tracking role
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Managerโ€”creating tags, triggers, variables, and debugging using GTM Preview mode
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including event configuration, property administration, and reporting
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking setup in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Understanding of data layer concepts and how event data flows from website to analytics platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot data quality issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio for building and maintaining dashboards
  • Knowledge of html, JavaScript or regex for advanced GTM configurations
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
  • Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager certifications
  • LOCATION: Tampa, FL - Hybrid (in office 2 days/week in Westshore area) or Outside of Tampa - Remote
