Your Role: Growth Manager

Are you passionate about client success, digital performance marketing, and strategic program management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where client relationships and program growth are your top priorities? Perform[cb] is seeking an experienced Growth Manager to join our dynamic Agency team.

As a Growth Manager, you will be the strategic lead responsible for client success, account growth, and program excellence. You'll manage communications, strategy, and results across affiliate programs while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery at the highest level.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients.
  • Strategic Program Oversight
  • Set and track SMART goals (2–4 per client) with a goal of 75% success rate.
  • Recommend optimizations and promotional strategies aligned with client KPIs.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Deliver weekly performance reports tailored to client needs.
  • Compliance & Tracking Management
  • Coordinate reversals and order inquiries with Compliance and clients.
  • Ensure all tracking platforms are functional and properly integrated.
  • Educate clients on tracking/reporting protocols.
  • Project & Team Coordination
  • Assign and track tasks for Partner Coordinators via Asana.
  • Contract & Revenue Management
  • Understand and manage client contracts, billing terms, and renewals.
  • Proactively lead renewal negotiations with focus on pricing and client satisfaction.


Qualifications That Make You a Fit

  • 4+ years in affiliate marketing or performance-based media.
  • 2+ years in account/client management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, ShareASale, AWIN, Partnerize).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce (CRM), Asana, Jira.
  • Background in e-commerce, marketing analytics, or product feeds is a plus.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead with accountability in a remote-first environment.
