Job Summary:

We're a fast-moving toy company looking for a versatile and experienced CAD Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can primarily work on 3D product design but is willing and able to take on occasional graphic design tasks like packaging, branding, and licensing work when needed.

This is not a hybrid role, and being on site five days a week is required.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed and accurate 3D CAD models for toys and related products.
  • Develop technical drawings and files for prototyping and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and licensing teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
  • Support license-based design work, adapting assets for various product lines and packaging formats.
  • Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Occasionally design packaging layouts, branding elements, and presentation materials.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in CAD design, preferably in toys, consumer products, or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as SolidWorks, Blender, ZBrush, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar.
  • Graphic design skills with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Comfortable working on both original products and licensed IPs.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the toy industry or children’s consumer products preferred.
  • Understanding of toy safety standards, prototyping, or manufacturing processes preferred.
  • Illustration or rendering skills preferred.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
