We are looking for a full-time Senior Toy Designer to join our creative team!



We are looking for a passionate toy designer who wants to work in a fast-paced team, take leadership in product development, and convert creative design concepts to actual products.


Job Type: Full-time/Contract


Job Responsibilities


  • Brainstorm ideas and create concepts with our product/sales manager based on market and customer needs, and work with the team to ensure design integrity in final deliverables.

  • Create drawings of concepts by sketches and 2D illustrations.

  • Cooperate with our graphic design team to decide and apply creative art/color combinations on 3D models.

  • Cooperate with the product manager to achieve templates with art/color mock-ups.

  • Prepare product component list and 3D model assembly for manufacturing.

  • Act as the Center Position driving the project from concept to product.

  • Manage the timelines of the projects assigned to you.

  • Maintain a consistently high quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

  • Effectively communicate all project-related progress/issues or concerns to the Design Manager and Project Management in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications (Must Have)


  • Bachelors in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

  • 3~5 years of professional experience in Industrial Design, Toy Design, or equivalent

  • Skilled in sketching and illustration

  • Ability to prove ideas out through sketch, breadboard, or 3d model

  • Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and 2D computer programs

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Knowledge of 3D CAD (Alias, Rhino 3D is a plus)

  • Knowledge of material and manufacturing process for soft goods and plastics

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

  • Ability to project manage
