About Us: Since its inception in 1999, Jada Toys has become a leading manufacturer of authentically licensed figures, die-cast collectibles and radio control vehicles.


We are looking for an innovative Toy Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will blend creative flair with a deep understanding of marketing, consumer behavior, and production to craft packaging that captures attention on the shelf and elevates the unboxing experience.  

Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualize & Design: Create engaging, brand-consistent toy packaging from initial  

  concept through to final production. 

• Collaborate: Work closely with product development, licensing, and marketing teams to  

   align designs with brand goals. 

• Manage Workflow: Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while  

  consistently meeting deadlines and quality standards. 

• Technical tasks: Prepare precise, print-ready artwork and die lines that comply with  

  manufacturing specifications. 

• Market Insight: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging materials,  

  and sustainable packaging practices. 

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team and trade show efforts with hands-on prototyping  

  and custom mock-ups. 

• Project Tracking: Maintain exceptional organization to track project timelines and  

   provide clear status updates.  

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Branding, or a related field. 

• Experience: 2+ years in the toy packaging industry. 

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop),  

  Microsoft Office, and Monday.com. 

• 3D Spatial Sense: A strong understanding of packaging structures and how 2D graphics  

   translate to 3D forms. 

• AI Integration: Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into the creative workflow to  

  enhance efficiency. 

• Specialized Skills: Experience in pictogram design; a background in concept sketching  

   or illustration is a significant plus. 

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
