Successful Hiring Designers approach this by actively collaborating with brand and marketing teams, regularly seeking feedback, and staying updated on any changes to brand assets. Over time, this balance becomes easier as designers become more familiar with the brand’s visual language and find creative ways to innovate within those parameters.

Is AI replacing designers?

Yes, graphic designers are still in demand across various industries, especially as businesses seek visual branding, marketing materials, and digital content.
