Role Description The Fashion Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for providing personalized styling services, curating looks that reflect each client’s lifestyle, and delivering a high-touch luxury experience on the selling floor. Day-to-day activities include engaging clients, driving sales through styling consultations, presenting new collections and emerging trends, and coordinating fittings and wardrobe updates. The Fashion Specialist collaborates with store leadership and cross-functional teams to support merchandising initiatives, in-store events, and marketing campaigns. The role also includes maintaining visual standards, leveraging digital tools to follow up with clients, and building long-term relationships that support client retention and sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing Sales skills with a focus on relationship building and luxury service.
  • Advanced Fashion Styling capabilities and deep knowledge of Fashion trends and designers.
  • Understanding of Fashion Design concepts to support fit, fabrication, and wardrobe building.
  • Foundational Marketing skills to support in-store events, client outreach, and brand storytelling.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium fashion environments.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site, including weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in client management and visual presentation.
  • Comfort using digital tools and clienteling systems to manage client relationships.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
