This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure that every design strikes the right balance between creativity, quality, and commercial relevance. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analyze current and future fashion trends, interpreting emerging ideas through a commercial lens.
  • Actively participate in the development and presentation of upcoming trend materials.
  • Research and develop new fabrics, finishes, treatments, and trims respecting budget constraints while strengthening brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the buying team throughout the product creation process.
