Create compelling 3D digital designs and concepts for buyer presentations, collaborating closely with Merchandising and Product Development teams Respond to factory inquiries and apply effective problem-solving throughout the production process Communicate technical details and construction methods to manufacturing partners Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a plus Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Toy Design, Digital Design, Industrial Design, or a related field with a focus on digital sculpture, or 5–7 years of demonstrated relevant experience Strong knowledge of human anatomy, écorché, form, and function, including stylized forms (e.g., zombies, monsters), using both traditional and digital techniques Expertise in 3D sculpting and modeling using both organic and hard-surface techniques Ability to interpret 2D designs and produce finished 3D models for print and manufacturing, including file preparation for 3D printing.

Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., ZBrush, Freeform, Maya, Blender, Poser, Meshmixer) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Experience in toy design and gaming is a plus Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment Proficiency in both Mac and PC Operating Systems The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $75,000 - $85,000
