GROUP TOUR DIRECTOR- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (1099 / Per Diem)
Boscov's Travel is looking for passionate, well-traveled individuals to join our team as Group Tour Directors on a per diem, independent contractor basis.
This is not a full-time position - you could work as little as a few days a year or take on multiple assignments throughout the season, depending on business needs and your availability. It's a perfect opportunity for travel enthusiasts who want to turn their passion into a rewarding side role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Group Tour Director, you will accompany groups of travelers to exciting destinations, serving as their on-the-ground guide, resource, and friendly point of contact for the duration of the tour. You'll represent Boscov's Travel professionally and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accompany and escort groups of travelers to tour destinations
  • Maintain the tour schedule and keep guests informed throughout the trip
  • Engage with passengers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Share interesting facts, highlights, and relevant information about each destination
  • Answer guest questions and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
  • Represent Boscov's Travel and our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
