JOB DESCRIPTIONEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCampus Tours & Visitor Experience
- Lead informative and engaging campus tours for prospective students, families, and guests.
- Share personal student experiences and provide accurate information about campus life, academics, student involvement, and admissions processes.
- Assist with check-in and hospitality for campus visit programs and special events.
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer service throughout all interactions.
Admissions Office Support
When not leading tours, Summer Tour Guides will serve as Admissions Office Assistants by:
- Answering phones and responding to general admissions inquiries.
- Assisting with front desk coverage and visitor support.
- Preparing materials and supplies for admissions events and campus visits.
- Supporting data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Assisting admissions counselors and staff with office projects as needed.
Outreach & Recruitment
- Conduct outreach to prospective students through phone calls, text messages, emails, and other communication initiatives.
- Support enrollment campaigns and student engagement efforts.
- Assist with event preparation and recruitment activities.
- Represent the admissions office in a positive and professional manner at all times.
