Seawatch and Ocean View at Island Club are seeking a Timeshare Sales Representative to support the resale of traditional fixed-week deeded ownership.

This role offers strong commission potential, an established book of business, and direct access to owners and guests for marketing purposes. With proven revenue production and flexible hours, this position is ideal for someone who is semi-retired, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping others discover the value of vacation ownership.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid South Carolina real estate license

Job Summary: Sales Representative

The agent will need to keep consistent business hours, maintain listings, negotiate offers, prepare closing documents, keep accurate records, attend resort-sponsored social events/activities, be hospitality-minded, excellent communicator, and have a real estate license. The real estate license would sit under our broker license.

The ideal candidate:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Professional image with tenacious attitude and motivation to succeed
  • MUST have a Real Estate license
  • Experience selling traditional timeshare products in Hilton Head and have a hospitality background.
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • MIUST be comfortable with a highly competitive commission structure
