What You’ll Help With

  • Communication support and follow-up
  • Meeting preparation and organization
  • Helping create operational flow and consistency
  • Occasional event, outreach, or administrative support

  • Professional in communication and presentation
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership
  • Flexible and responsive with scheduling needs
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a growing environment
  • Calm, solutions-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Self-directed while still highly coachable
  • Passionate about helping a nonprofit grow and expand its reach
  • Looking for purposeful involvement beyond a traditional job search

Preferred Qualities

  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Confident managing details, deadlines, and moving parts
  • Comfortable in a support role that requires initiative and trust
  • Able to pivot easily between administrative, operational, and people-focused tasks
  • Available for consistent collaboration and communication
  • Interested in building something meaningful alongside a dedicated founder

This is a volunteer position with significant opportunity to make a lasting impact. We’re seeking someone who genuinely believes in mission-driven work and wants to help take a nonprofit to the next level through dedication, consistency, and partnership.

To apply, send a short introduction about yourself, your background, availability, and why this kind of role speaks to you.
