Job description

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:
• Design and execute Montereau's leadership development strategy, curriculum, and succession planning initiatives.
• Facilitate leadership programs, coaching engagements, retreats, workshops, and executive development experiences.
• Develop leadership competency models and support emerging leader pipelines.
• Serve as Dean of Montereau University and oversee all organizational learning and development programs.
• Design onboarding, annual learning calendars, blended learning pathways, and compliance education.
• Own and evolve Day One, Day 65, Day 195, Day 365, The Summit, Emerging Leader Academy, and Director Retreat programs.
• Monitor organizational culture health through listening sessions, engagement initiatives, and values integration.
• Lead culture stewardship, storytelling, recognition programs, and organizational traditions.
• Facilitate experiences design workshops and support hospitality excellence initiatives.
• Lead organizational development, strategic planning support, change management, and cross-functional improvement efforts.
• Serve as subject matter expert for RDD, SIPSE, PRISM, PISC, OPUR, Culture Compass, and Experience Engine frameworks.
• Oversee recognition, appreciation, service anniversary, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide leadership coaching and consultation to leaders at all levels.
• Identify culture drift and implement strategies that strengthen engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
• Perform other related functions as required or assigned.
