The Director of Operations will lead key operational, administrative, and risk-management functions while helping the firm operate more efficiently, securely, and strategically.
Success in this role will strengthen the systems, teams, and processes that support the firm's attorneys, clients, and future growth.
The role in action:
  • Serve as a key member of the firm's executive leadership team.
  • Lead and elevate critical operational, administrative, and risk management functions.
  • Partner closely with firm leadership to drive strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and long-term growth.
  • Build scalable processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
  • Enhance how the firm approaches information governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while creating greater clarity, accountability, and alignment across the organization.

Experience & Credentials:
  • 7+ years of leadership experience within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Experience in legal operations, conflicts, business intake, records management, litigation support, or related functions
  • Bachelor's degree required; business, management, or related field preferred
  • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with legal document management, workflow, and practice management systems & Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience leading teams, driving process improvements, and supporting operational excellence
  • Litigation and/or paralegal background is a plus
