Loeb & Loeb, an international law firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across its transactional practices. This newly created role will serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys and firm leadership, identifying market opportunities, leading cross-selling initiatives, and advancing high-impact business development strategies.
A highly visible and collaborative position, the Senior Manager will work across practice groups and the broader Marketing & Business Development team to leverage market intelligence, identify client growth opportunities, and strengthen the firm's competitive position.
The role in action:
  • Advise practice leadership on market trends, growth opportunities, and client development strategies.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities through sophisticated analysis of client, industry, and competitive intelligence.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-impact opportunities that support client expansion, relationship growth, and revenue generation.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, including business development objectives and performance measurement.
  • Promote collaboration across practices and firm functions to maximize cross-selling opportunities and enhance market visibility.

We are seeking candidates who:
  • Bring 7+ years of experience in business development, marketing or other professional services settings; law firm experience preferred.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting transactional practices strongly preferred.
