Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Processing I professional to support our Timeshare Operations and Contract Administration team in Ocoee, FL. This role is responsible for reviewing, tracking, entering, and maintaining contract-related data to ensure accurate processing of ownership documents, customer records, and transaction information.

The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative and data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with the International Division, Resort Operations, Customer Service, and Cancel Save teams to ensure timely and accurate document processing.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in contract processing, administration, customer service, document management, timeshare operations, and records management.

What You Will Do:

  • Review, track, and verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before contract processing.
  • Process ownership, customer, and contract-related information within company systems.
  • Identify missing information, discrepancies, or inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with document preparers and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and contract documentation.
  • Enter and update data accurately within internal databases and contract management systems.
  • Apply appropriate codes, corrections, and updates to ensure data integrity.
  • Transfer processed information into company databases while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • File, organize, and route processed documents according to departmental procedures.
  • Respond professionally to owner and customer inquiries regarding documentation and contract status.
  • Assist internal departments with document requests and record retrieval.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processing and completion of transactions.
  • Print, prepare, and distribute ownership and contract-related documents.
  • Mark required signature, witness, and notary sections to ensure document completion.
  • Apply appropriate mailing and routing codes to outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate document distribution and filing activities.
