Job description

POSITION: Ticket Seller/Resolution
DEPARTMENT: Ticket Office
REPORTS TO: Box Office Manager
FLSA STATUS: PT, Hourly, Non-Exempt
PAY RATE: $18.25/Hour
Position Summary
Responsible for ticket sales and ticket resolution of shows or events by performing the following duties. Ticket Sellers work U.S. Bank Stadium events (does not include Vikings games).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accurately sells tickets as requested by patrons; accepts payment and makes changes accurately.
  • Handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance.
  • Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating and events. Gives information concerning coming attractions.
  • Files various records and reports. Performs duties related to clerical work as assigned.
  • Helps patrons access tickets and resolve other ticketing issues in-person at the various entrances to the venue.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Operate computerized ticketing system and a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Close vision ability
  • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of mobile smartphones and the Ticketmaster app.

Minimum Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Box office or Guest Services background preferred
  • Ticketmaster experience preferred.

Computer Skills
  • Operate computerized ticketing system.
  • Operate a personal computer using Windows, Office and other standard office equipment.
