Job description

SUMMARY:
The New England Revolution Ticket Sales & Customer Service Associate will support the Ticket Sales & Customer Service staff by assisting with the daily functions and responsibilities of the department. This position requires an individual with a personable yet professional demeanor, who is confident in their abilities, detail-oriented, flexible and possesses strengths in the areas of time management, prioritization, and customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Participate in the development and implementation of ticketing goals and objectives
  2. Prepare all areas of the Ticket Sales & Customer Service Department's game day duties including restocking inventory
  3. On Revolution game days, assist with the ticketing events, initiatives, and operations
  4. Manage all fan pack inquiries and fulfillment
  5. Assist with periodic ticket-related mailings
  6. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a strong sense of creativity
  • Knowledge of and passion for the sport of soccer is preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are pursuing sports management, marketing, or management degrees
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior marketing, sales, or customer service experience
  • Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Must be able to work nights/weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
