Davis EIS is seeking motivated independent contractors with a passion for logistics to join our expanding field operations team across Upstate New York. This Territory Associate role offers competitive compensation with a clear pathway to leadership positions.

Position Overview

The Territory Associate is an independent contractor role that plays a key part in advancing Amazon’s sustainability initiatives. This position involves servicing and maintaining company-owned kiosks within Amazon facilities.  

Key Details:

  • Daily Stops: 5-10 stops per day.
  • Primary Focus: Independent route management and bin servicing.
  • Service Area: Distribution centers, and logistics facilities across Upstate NY.
What You'll Do

Daily Operations:

  • Execute scheduled stops at distribution centers and logistics facilities.
  • Serve as the onsite ambassador, retrieving and delivering items from designated facilities while building relationships with site partners and reporting key observations.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed stops, bin counts/items retrieved and items delivered.
  • Communicate route status and any issues to dispatch.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned routes.
  • Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines.

Professional Development:

  • Learn logistics industry best practices and operational procedures.
  • Develop expertise in route optimization and time management.
  • Prepare for potential advancement to Territory Manager role.
Compensation Structure

Our straightforward pay model rewards completed work, not time spent. Compensation is based on the number of stops.

Earning Potential:

  • $220-$300+ per day
  • $1,100-$1,300+ per week
  • $57,000-$67,000+ per year

  • Personal vehicle suitable for logistics work (midsize car, minivan, SUV, or trailer-equipped vehicle).
