We have a flexible hybrid policy.**Core Duties/Responsibilities**The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:* Execute the sales process at the direction of the Regional Director of Sales to meet individual quotas and contribute to the regional and national targets.* Direct engagement with management teams of potential corporate clients and referral partners (Pre-IPO Companies, Public Companies, Law firms, and other key influencers)* Drive new customers through the process from leads to close business - either as a direct sale or a co-sell through collaboration across business lines and/or geographical territories* Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the sales and solutioning process.* Work with existing customer base to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.* Business Development activities to obtain new customer and partner relations by developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic market data and other sources for sales leads* Document all sales activities in Salesforce* Stay informed, and build and expertise on market trends, competitors, and our product portfolio* Other duties as assigned**Skills, Capabilities and Attributes**The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviors:* Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience* 5+ years of relevant experience selling complex solutions, preferably in financial services, financial technology, and payments space.* 5-10 years proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales targets* Results-oriented with ability to select most appropriate sales strategy and approaches to gain entry to clients is assigned territory* Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen* Natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive and interpersonal skills at all levels including effective presentation skills at an executive level* Proficient in successfully managing short-to-long strategic sales cycles* Driven with enthusiasm to meet high sales targets and to succeed under demanding pressure with minimal oversight.**Compensation*** We offer a base salary in the range of $125-135K plus commission.
