  • Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Location: Livingston, NJ
  • Compensation: $25 - $28hr (based on experience)

Overview:

PrideStaff Financial is seeking a Bookkeeper for our client, a busy construction company located in Livingston, NJ.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-paced office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both administrative and basic accounting functions.


Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable, including check preparation and vendor payments
  • Maintain and update records in QuickBooks
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing and document management
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations in a busy, team-oriented environment


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative and/or bookkeeping role
