Job description

Position Title: QuickBooks Bookkeeper
The QuickBooks Bookkeeper will play a vital role in supporting the accounting functions across several related companies. This position involves managing high-volume vendor invoices and ensuring accuracy in job cost reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and possess a detail-oriented mindset. The role offers opportunities for growth within the organization, allowing for advancement into more senior accounting positions. Flexibility in work arrangements is available, promoting a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that responsibilities are met.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE
QuickBooks Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
  • Perform QuickBooks Desktop entries, including deposits, invoicing, and job cost reports
  • Match and clear pay applications in the accounting system
  • Manage the purchase order system and create jobs across various platforms
  • Process high-volume supplier invoices with accurate job-cost tagging
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed

QuickBooks Bookkeeper Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, including deposits, invoicing, and job cost reporting
