Job Summary:

They are currently seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support large-scale deployment projects within the healthcare sector, providing day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
โข Generate team schedules and coordinate field service activities
โข Create sign-off documentation and project closeout materials
โข Provide project status reporting and updates
โข Maintain and update service databases and asset management systems
โข Create, manage, and close support tickets
โข Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
โข Manage inbound support requests and ticket queues
โข Provide coverage and support for team members as needed
โข Assist with daily project operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Required:
โข Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar support role
โข Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
โข Professional written and verbal communication skills
โข Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
โข Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
โข Ability to learn technical concepts and work in a fast-paced environment
โข Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
