Description
Come build with us at Rice Companies where we can shape the spaces and places in our communities together! We're looking for a Temporary Project Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in assisting in keeping projects organized, on track, and running smoothly from start to finish.
In this in office role, you'll be a key partner to our Project Managers-helping coordinate the details that keep our construction projects moving forward. If you enjoy being at the center of the action, solving problems, and working with a variety of people, this is a great opportunity for you.
The estimated duration of this role will be approximately mid to late July 2026 up until December 1st of 2026.
What You'll Do
  • Generate, distribute, and track project commitments, including subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Prepare, distribute, and track subcontractor change orders based on direction from Project Manager(s)
  • Collaborate with project management and field teams to gather accurate information for reporting and documentation
  • Support monitoring of project and assist with associated reporting
  • Grow to be a system expert to best assist the team
