They are currently seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support large-scale deployment projects within the healthcare sector, providing day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Generate team schedules and coordinate field service activities
โ€ข Create sign-off documentation and project closeout materials
โ€ข Provide project status reporting and updates
โ€ข Maintain and update service databases and asset management systems
โ€ข Create, manage, and close support tickets
โ€ข Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
โ€ข Manage inbound support requests and ticket queues
โ€ข Provide coverage and support for team members as needed
โ€ข Assist with daily project operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Required:
