Department: Physical Security & Access Control

Position Type: Temporary / Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Duration: Approximately 23 weeks (December 31, 2026)

Location: Freehold, NJ 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630

Wage: $18.00/hr

 Position Summary

We are seeking two detail-oriented, high-energy Temporary Fulfillment Specialists to assist the Security Credential team with a high-volume, special mailing project.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately matching, packaging, and preparing pre-printed corporate IDs and physical access cards for distribution across the organization. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Kit & Package IDs: Accurately match pre-printed employee ID badges/access cards with corresponding welcome letters, documentation, and shipping labels.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform double-check verifications to ensure the correct card is paired with the correct recipient before sealing packages.

  • Volume Shipping: Prepare, seal, and sort high volumes of outgoing mailers/packages daily in accordance with project deadlines.

  • Inventory Handling: Assist in receiving, organizing, and tracking secure stock, pre-printed IDs, and mailing supplies.

  • Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to corporate security and data privacy guidelines regarding the handling of sensitive employee information and access credentials.

  • Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing and staging area clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse fulfillment, mailroom operations, administrative support, or high-volume packing is preferred.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and visual matching skills-zero-error mindset regarding personal identification pairing.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand/wrist motions (folding, packing, sealing), and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.

  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Daily packing volume targets met without compromising accuracy.

  • Zero misdirected or mismatched card/mail packages.

  • Position Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older. 
  • High School Diploma or GED Required. 
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed.

  • Previous security experience highly preferred.
