This role partners closely with regional and practice leadership to execute strategic priorities, optimize workflows, improve operational performance, and ensure consistent adoption of organizational standards. Key areas of focus include provider productivity, patient access, scheduling optimization, AthenaOne workflow adoption, patient experience, and value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on environments. They must be willing to work directly with providers, managers, and frontline staff to implement new processes, provide at-the-elbow support, and drive operational change across a multi-site ambulatory care network.The duties include, but are not limited to:**Project Leadership and Execution** • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational initiatives across multiple practice locations. • Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies to support organizational priorities.Coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. • Identify barriers to implementation and proactively develop solutions to keep initiatives on track. • Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes and provide regular updates to leadership.**Practice Operations Support** • Serve as a field-based operational resource supporting practice managers, providers, and regional leadership. • Assist practices with workflow implementation, process redesign, and operational standardization. • Provide hands-on support during operational rollouts, new initiatives, and process changes. • Conduct onsite assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in access, scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency. • Support change management efforts and reinforce accountability for implementation. • Support practice-level initiatives focused on provider productivity, patient access, scheduling optimization, and patient experience. • Partner with practice leadership to improve provider schedules, template utilization, appointment access, and operational efficiency. • Assist with AthenaOne workflow implementation, optimization, and adoption across physician practices. • Provide onsite coaching and support to ensure consistent execution of operational workflows and organizational standards. **Performance Improvement** • Monitor and support initiatives related to provider productivity, access metrics, scheduling utilization, quality performance, and value-based care outcomes. • Partner with practice managers and operational leadership to identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. • Support organizational efforts related to Annual Wellness Visits, care management initiatives, quality measure performance, attribution growth, and other value-based care priorities. • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and barriers to achieving organizational goals. • Assist with the development and implementation of best practices across the organization. **Collaboration & Communication** • Partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents, District Directors, Practice Managers, and Clinical Leadership. • Facilitate meetings, communicate project updates, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. • Develop implementation tools, training materials, and operational documentation as needed. • Foster strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.**Qualifications or Education, Training and Experience****Required** • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of healthcare operations experience in a physician practice, medical group, MSO, IPA, or health system environment. • Experience supporting multiple ambulatory practice locations. • Direct experience with AthenaOne required. • Demonstrated success implementing operational workflows and driving adoption across physician practices. • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable plans. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region to support practice locations. **Preferred** • Experience in value-based care environments. • Experience supporting primary care and specialty physician practices. • Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management certification. • Experience with operational performance improvement initiatives. • Experience with provider productivity management, scheduling optimization, and patient access initiatives. • Experience working within AthenaOne and supporting EMR workflow optimization. • Experience supporting value-based care programs, including quality improvement and population health initiatives.**Featured Benefits:*** Health, dental, and vision insurance.* 401K with automatic employer contribution.* PTO and Paid Holidays.* Company paid Life Insurance.* Access to voluntary short and long-term disability insurance.* Access to additional life insurance.* Access to a variety of Wellness programs.The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $90,000 annually.
