Position Summary Prince William Water is currently recruiting for the following temporary/seasonal (summer) positions. The length of these assignments varies and is also dependent on available workload. Ability to paint. Ability to work cooperatively with others as well as in a team environment. Assists maintenance crews in the absence of personnel.

Perform other duties as assigned (i.e. wash trucks, clean shops, etc.) Some experience in grounds and building maintenance and/or painting. Possession of a valid Virginia driver's license with a satisfactory driving record according to Prince William Water policy

Other duties as assigned or required. Must be at least 18 years old. ENGINEERING/ INSPECTIONS ASSISTANT Requesting Department Location Number of Positions Duration Inspections 4 County Complex Court Woodbridge, VA Position Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions: Run fire hydrant flow tests. Prepare and send out fire flow test results. Update GIS database with fire flow report information.

Assist with plan review. Log and scan plans. Assist Utility Inspectors with other duties as assigned.

Must have excellent computer skills, be detail oriented and have good communication skills. Possession of a valid Virginia driver's license with a satisfactory driving record according to Prince William Water policy. Other duties as assigned or required.

Must be at least 18 years old. Work environment: Primary work is performed indoors in a standard office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is subject to frequent interruptions.

This position may be required to field verify information using a GPS handheld. When working in the field, there is exposure to a variety of weather conditions, traffic and noise.
