How much do temporary non exempt development fundraising jobs pay per year?
What is the difference between Temporary Non Exempt Development Fundraising vs Temporary Non Exempt Grant Coordinator?
| Aspect | Temporary Non Exempt Development Fundraising | Temporary Non Exempt Grant Coordinator |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Role | Supports fundraising activities, donor outreach, event planning | Manages grant applications, compliance, and reporting |
| Required Skills | Fundraising strategies, communication, relationship building | Grant writing, research, documentation |
| Work Environment | Fundraising events, donor meetings, office | Research settings, nonprofit offices, administrative tasks |
| Certifications | None typically required, but fundraising certifications helpful | Grant writing certifications advantageous |
While both roles are non-exempt and temporary, the Development Fundraising position focuses on engaging donors and supporting fundraising campaigns, whereas the Grant Coordinator specializes in managing grant processes and compliance. Understanding these differences helps job seekers target the right opportunities in the nonprofit sector.
