A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME DISHWASHER/STEWARD

As Dishwasher/Steward provider, you are at the core of who we are as a company. You arrive for your shift, whether full-time or part-time, ready to get to work. You enjoy "getting in the zone" performing a wide variety of work in commercial resort kitchen areas of the facility while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly condition with a focus on offering great customer service and kitchen support. Whether its cleaning, sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning and maintaining a wide variety of kitchen equipment or gathering and pulling trash, you get satisfaction out of being able to physically see what you've accomplished. Responsible for running giant commercial dish washing machines or performing runner duties. You report maintenance repair problems to your supervisor and make sure that all water temp logs, and commercial kitchen safety precautions are followed at all times. We have a reputation for quality work, and this is partly thanks to the great job that you do!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME DISHWASHER/ STEWARD

  • 21 years old or older
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general kitchen / steward / dishwasher/ food service tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and being on your feet for an entire shift
  • Customer service skills

Previous commercial kitchen or hospitality experience would be a plus! Are you fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job? Do you have a positive, can-do attitude?
