About your role:

As a Product Manager in Issuer Disputes Strategy, you will define and deliver product capabilities that support dispute operations across Money Network. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into product requirements, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. This role is important to reducing dispute-related financial losses, improving the cardholder experience, and meeting client expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business requirements for issuer disputes platforms and related operational tools
  • Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, operations, and third-party vendors to deliver new system implementations and enhancements to existing platforms
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and executable test plans
  • Analyze current disputes processes, system interactions, and operational workflows to identify gaps and define future-state solutions that reduce financial losses
  • Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and scope changes to support predictable and successful execution
  • Support product lifecycle activities for prepaid dispute operations systems, including implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and change readiness
  • Monitor industry and regulatory developments, including card network rules, authorization decisioning, and dispute-related requirements, to inform product decisions
  • Coordinate across fraud operations, product and channel technology teams, strategy and analytics, cybersecurity, and client-facing teams to align outcomes and execution

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a combination of these areas within payments, financial services, banking, or software environments
  • 4+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, process workflows, and functional specifications with business and technical stakeholders
  • 4+ years of experience supporting disputes processing, payments operations, or related platforms for card-based products
  • Experience using delivery and documentation tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Experience analyzing system interactions, defining process improvements, and supporting implementation and testing activities for technology products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or similar certification, or equivalent certification
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  • Experience implementing fraud prevention systems, dispute management tools, or payments software
  • Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and other payment network dispute processes and rules

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
