Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Positive customer service skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

  • Proficient use of applicable technology

  • Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi - task

  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Scan paper documents and convert them into electronic files 
  • Assist with general administrative support 
  • Open, sort, distribute, and process incoming mail 
  • Prepare, meter, and postmark outgoing mail 
  • Make post office runs as needed 
  • Set up and clean up lunches and meetings 
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and answering/directing incoming phone calls 
  • Assist with filing and document organization 
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well independently and within a team. 
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, a 40-hour work week, for the period of ASAP - 10/15/26.
