Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Positive customer service skillsÂ
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Proficient use of applicable technology
Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi - task
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Scan paper documents and convert them into electronic filesÂ
- Assist with general administrative supportÂ
- Open, sort, distribute, and process incoming mailÂ
- Prepare, meter, and postmark outgoing mailÂ
- Make post office runs as neededÂ
- Set up and clean up lunches and meetingsÂ
- Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and answering/directing incoming phone callsÂ
- Assist with filing and document organizationÂ
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well independently and within a team.Â
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, a 40-hour work week, for the period of ASAP - 10/15/26.
