Description
Arcadia Beverage is hiring Full-Time Temporary Manufacturing Operators to support a customer-specific "dog bone" labeling project running through the end of 2026. This is a hands-on production role focused on manual labeling, repalletizing, and preparing finished pallets for warehouse allocation. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys repetitive, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced team environment and is looking for a steady, time-bound opportunity with a three-day workweek.

  • Arcadia Beverage has over 80 years of beverage co-packing experience, and we are a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors.

What You'll Do:
  • Bottle, box, package, and palletize product as part of standard production
  • Break down finished pallets in preparation for the dog bone application process
  • Manually apply three (3) dog bones to six (6) bottles per case, following placement standards
  • Restack cases onto pallets in the correct configuration
  • Rewrap and relabel completed pallets for warehouse allocation
  • Support a weekly project volume of approximately 30-60 pallets
  • Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for the duration of a 12-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle cases of product consistently throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow placement and packaging standards precisely
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift each week (Monday, Thursday, Friday - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based production environment
  • Prior manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production experience preferred but not required
  • Commitment to the position through the project end date of December 31, 2026

Schedule:
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Begin Date: Upon Hire
  • End Date: December 31, 2026

  • If the project is completed before December 31st, temporary employees will be rewarded with a $300 bonus upon project completion.
