Job description

Production Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Glendale Heights, IL (Onsite)
Job Type: Temporary / Contract

Pay: $21.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 40 hrs/week
Overtime may be required

Job Summary

Seeking Production Technicians to support the assembly and wiring of electrical control equipment, including panelboards and switchboards. This is a hands-on manufacturing role requiring attention to quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical panels and sub-assemblies
  • Read and follow electrical drawings and work instructions
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies
  • Use hand and power tools for wiring and assembly
  • Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards
  • Support material handling and shipping prep as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Experience using hand and/or power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to work overtime as required
